  1. How does the shopping process work at the Lucky Fossil?

After you choose the products that you would like to purchase, place them in the shopping cart. Then enter all of your personal information such as your name, address, business name, etc. Enter your payment method and information. Press the Place Order button, and your order is complete. We use an automated system process to complete your order and to ensure the shipping prosses begins asap. You can check your order details and delivery information using your order number or by the confirmation email you received.

  1. Is cash payment an option?

No, we only accept online payment using a credit card or with PayPal.

  1. What happens if my payment does not go through?

This failure could be due to slow Internet speed, so please try a second time. If you see the status has changed to processing, this means that your payment transaction was successful. If it continues to fail, please check your credit card information to be sure it is entered correctly.

  1. I put items into my shopping cart, but they are now unavailable?

This means that the product has been sold out while it was in your shopping cart. Most times you will receive a message that says this item is unavailable so you will need to remove it from your shopping cart. Our products are stocked and unstocked in real-time, and you can only truly reserve it after you have completed your order with payment.

Order Information

  1. Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?

If you had just placed your order and it is not out for delivery yet, most likely we can make a change. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or change your order. If your order has already been shipped out for delivery, it is unable at this point for it to be changed or canceled.

  1. How can I check on my order status?

Once you have placed an order and it has been confirmed you will receive an order number. Use this order number in reference to shipping and any other logistics details.

Yes, all of your information is protected and safe. We only use your personal data for billing, shipping, and delivery.

  1. Is my credit card protected on the Lucky Fossil website?

We always use current and up-to-date Secure Socket Layer (also known as SSL software) on our website. This is the industry standard and the best software for all e-commerce transactions. It encrypts your personal information and credit card number to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience.

Shipping & Delivery Information

We will ship your items from the closest warehouse in relation to your address. All orders will be shipped within 1 to 5 days (Excludes weekend) once the order is placed. If you are in a remote area or outside of the USA, please contact us for a more accurate delivery timeline.

Shipping to the US

On average, orders to the United States usually take 10 – 30 days. Estimated delivery dates depend on location and are typically scheduled to arrive 1-6 weeks after an order has shipped. When you place an order with the Lucky Fossil we will send you a tracking number. If you do not receive one, please check your junk or spam fold. If you cannot find the tracking number send us an email at support@luckyfossil.com and we will send it to you.

Shipping to other countries

Online orders may take up to 24 hrs to process before shipping from our warehouse (Excludes Weekend). Estimated delivery dates depend on location, normally take around 2-8 weeks.

Some international destinations may take longer than 8 weeks. Please make sure you plan accordingly. These destinations have customs and clearing process that takes a while longer. We are not responsible for any items being held up due to any customs prosses.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. Returns

You may ask for a return within 14 days after receiving your items. The shipping cost of returns are the responsibly of you, the customer. Do not send your item back without noticing us first. We will authorize the return and tell you the correct return address to ship you item to.

Returns are only eligible for products that are unused, still intact, and all of its accessories are returned along with it. We will not begin to arrange a refund for you until your item has been successfully received in our warehouse.

  1. Exchanges

For all exchanges, the 14-day return policy applies. In addition, please advise us of the fact that you would like a new product in exchange. We will not ship out your new product until we have received your old one in our warehouse.

Our Return & Refund Process

  1. Our refund process is as follows.

The customer returns the unwanted items. Those items successfully make it to our warehouse. We verify the fact that the items meet our return policy, as stated above. We issue a refund. Once we issue the refund, it is an average of 3 to 10 business days processing time for you to receive your refund in your account.

2. Will I receive a reimbursement for return shipping?

If you return the items for non-commodity quality reasons or simply because you changed your mind, the shipping cost is your responsibility. If you’re returning the items due to a broken or a non-functioning item, we will refund your return shipping fee after we receive the items and confirm that the reason for your return was indeed our fault.

For all exchange or return processes, please contact us immediately and let us know the reason for your return.
